Your membership and donations are handled by Zeffy, our secure membership platform. There is no member login and no password to remember — everything happens through email: your receipts, your renewal reminder, and secure links to update your payment details.
Here’s how it works, in three steps.
In September 2026, MBU moved its membership records to Zeffy — a secure, fee-free platform built for nonprofits, so 100% of your contribution supports our work. Every current membership, including its renewal date, was carried over automatically. There is nothing you need to do and no account to create. If you haven’t received an email from Zeffy yet, that’s normal.
About a month before your membership expires, Zeffy will email you a renewal reminder with a secure payment link. Renewing takes about two minutes — no password, no login.
Memberships transferred from our old system do not renew automatically. The first time you renew online, choose the automatic renewal option and your membership will take care of itself every year after that.
There isn’t one — and that’s by design. Zeffy doesn’t use accounts or passwords. If you joined or renewed through this website, your confirmation email contains your receipt and a secure link to your payment details — search your inbox for “Zeffy”. If you became a member before September 2026, your first email from Zeffy will be your renewal reminder.
Want your renewal date, a copy of a receipt, or help with anything else? Write to us at info@miamibeachunited.org and a board member will look it up for you — usually within a day or two.
